Sticky Rice Project: Uniting Asian Americans and their Allies Through Anti-Racist Education

The Sticky Rice Project (SRP) offers a variety of workshops to diverse groups from across the nation, which speak to the unique struggle Asians and Asian Americans face in the United States of America. Contact us if you are interested in bringing SRP to your organization or would like more information about SRP.

Boston Asian American Film Festival

Showcasing contemporary films about the diverse Asian American experiences. Scheduled for Thursday, November 10th - Sunday, November 13th, 2011. Please see www.BAAFF.org for more information.

Writers' Group

A writers' group to support Asian writers. If you write and want to discuss writings, ideas, feelings and provide and get support, contact us.

 

AARW is also the fiscal agent of:  Activist Training Institute, Asian Pacific Islander Movement (API Movement), Boston Asian American Students' Intercollegiate Conference (BAASIC), Coalition for Asian Pacific American Youth (CAPAY), and Massachusetts English Plus Coalition.

Activist Training Institute (ATI)

This activist training is designed to meet critical need for new, skilled and trained leadership. It is also designed to institutionalize a collaborative effort with invested immigrant community and social justice groups to develop new leaders. Applications are available for 2011 cycle.
